Abstract :
After new type armored equipments are deployed, it´s an important aspect of army building to proceed scientific evaluation on quality of armored equipments in utilization stage with necessary technical measures and administrative methods, so as to control them effectively. In the light of that, the quality evaluation index system of armored equipment in utilization stage is established and a evaluation model is also set up, which integrates three methods: AHP, the BP neural network and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The model is used to resolve fuzzy and complex problems.
