Abstract :
Integrating the supply chain resources is an important way to promote the utilization efficiency of the enterprises´ various resources and the enterprises´ operational effect and profits. But considering the complexity of the resources, the integrating process is difficult. At present, the successful operation of the fourth party logistics (4PL) in practice has gradually demonstrated that it is an effective mode to integrate the supply chain´s complicated resources relationally, efficiently and flexibly. To thoroughly analyze the integration problem of the supply chain in 4PL mode from the quantity view, the integration decision method is put forward based on the dominant factors judgment and analysis. Then a mathematics model of integration decision optimization is advanced and the reasonability and feasibility of the integrating decision method are briefly described in this paper. Finally, the related conclusions of this research are given.
