Study on the Function Mechanism of Enterprise Culture in the Enterprise Organizational Innovation

The system of enterprise organizational innovation, as a complex system which is composed by many subsystems, has the basic characters of complex system. Chaos plays a vital role in this system. In the innovation system, the enterprise culture also has the characters of complex system, induces and controls the organizational chaos, impels and controls the process of enterprise organizational innovation by the characters of "attractor" and "slow variable" of itself. In the complex external environment of enterprise, the research to function mechanism of enterprise culture in the system of enterprise organizational innovation can enrich the content of enterprise in terms of theory and method, but also has important instruction for the managers to promote of enterprise organizational innovation.
