Abstract
Virtual enterprise is a potential mode for enterprises in the future, but the risk abounds in the virtual enterprise construction and operation. Therefore good risk management is the guarantee of success in operating; risk appraisal is the core of risk management. Based on entropy in the thermodynamically embedded in the theory of matter-element extension, this paper put forward the entropy weight matter-element appraisal model for quantitative analysis to virtual enterprise risk. At the same time, in the determination of weight, the paper first preliminarily determines the index weight with AHP, and then revises it with discrepancy coefficient in information entropy, which eliminates the influence of subjective factors, and improves the index weight objectivity to some extent. Finally, its validity is proved by sample analysis.
