Abstract :
Nowadays, negotiation capability is the base skills for us. Effective negotiation can make cooperation more successful, and job more efficiently. Negotiations do not just happened between firms, but also occur within a company. This study was mainly focus on negotiations in daily life. Experiments were conducted to explore main influential factors of negotiation outcomes. This study was mainly focus on price and information in many negotiation influential factors. The purpose of this study was to improve the efficiency in our daily corporation management, and also increase the validity and rationality of enterprise resource configuration. Authors got the data from experiments, and then analyzed it by using linear regression method and SPSS software. The discussion of experimental result provided very useful negotiation viewpoints and skills from three aspects: price , information and relationship.
