Abstract
The dynamic spectral management (DSM) for the VDSL technology is introduced and, concretely, one of practical DSM methods - the vectored DMT - is described. Also, the GDFE concept for eliminating of the FEXT crosstalk is presented. A main part of the contribution is created by computational results and conclusions from extended simulations in the specific VDSL environment. Simulations represent the VDSL signal transmission with or without using the DFE equalizer.
