Abstract
State-owned forestry enterprise comes from the planned economy founded in the early stage of founding of our country, and has played an important role in the specific history course, but present property rights problems of state-owned forestry enterprise is outstanding more and more, the evolution is imperative. Moreover the evolution chance and mode have important effect on the evolution. The article analyzes the evolution chance of state-owned forestry enterprise property rights institution, puts forward that the evolution of state-owned forestry enterprise property rights institution should start at the same time with the evolution of state-owned forestry resources property rights institution. On this base it clarifies that the evolution of state-owned forestry enterprise property rights institution has the characteristic of "forcible and gradual", and it should evolve combined with gradual mode through the government-leading compulsive evolution.
