  • Abstract
    A new lensed-fiber with two different rods of a spherical end is proposed. The lens geometry and refractive index are changed to obtain various working distance and spot size. A lensed-fiber with high coupling efficiency (∼50%) and long working distance (>100 um) is demonstrated.
