Abstract :
This paper presents a dual edge tracking predictive control method for synchronous rectifier (SR) of LLC resonant converter that anticipates the SR current zero crossing instant with respect to two different time references. The proposed method guarantees stable operation of SR of LLC resonant converter during any transient. The operation and performance of the proposed method is verified on 252W prototype converter with 12V output.
