Abstract
Polariton effects are studied by use of a microscopic theory. Linear and nonlinear transmission spectra are calculated with microscopic boundary conditions for the exciton and biexciton motion in ZnSe/ZnSSe-heterostructures. A direct theory-experiment comparison is presented
