Abstract
In this paper, we present the first ever wireless ldquoBattery-less Solar Powered Wireless Tagrdquo that can also communicate with wireless sensor networks for the first time reported. This RFID is based on the hardware/software codesign of five different technologies, and could set the foundation of ubiquitous ultra-low-cost RFID networks and the first generation of ldquogreenrdquo RF electronics offering truly cognitive intelligence.
