  • Abstract
    Conditions for self-pumped stimulated backscattering in Fe:LiNbO 3 are investigated. The degree of coherence in the stimulated backscattered light is determined through a novel interference experiment. The stimulated backscatter results from six-wave mixing inside the crystal
