Role consciousness dominates role behaviors. In the administrative management of colleges and universities, it is necessary to strengthen the construction and education of the role norms of the administrative staff so that they can realize their roles, practice their roles and develop correct role consciousness so as to avoid distortion of role consciousness and deviation from role norms. To carry out the construction and education of role norms, it is important to combine reasonable guidance with personal promotion and legal norms with self discipline so as to achieve the beneficent interactions among administrative departments, teachers and students as well as the administrative staff in colleges and universities.
