Abstract :
Technological innovation is the cored power of national economic development. It is the conduction of technological innovation among industries that can promote implement of strategies of technological innovation, thus can it drive development of the whole national economcy. This paper concretely analyse the connotation of Conduction effect of industrial technological innovation and affect of different departments in the process of conduction of industrial technological innovation. And it analyses the total effect of conduction of industrial innovation of national 38 industries through using of principle component analysis method, and constructs comprehensive index system of evaluating industrial technological innovational conduction effect according to main potential influence factors. It is powerful supplement for assessment of industrial technological innovation through establishing assessment model and conduction effect assessment index system of industrial technological innovation, and it lays a strong foundation for assessing industrial technological innovation scientifically and objectively.
