Environmental Changing, Business Transformation and Enterprise´s Sustainable Growth - Analysis Based on Complexity Theory

Change has already become the theme of current era. Along with environment being complicated and changeable day-by-day, how to realize sustainable growth has become a heavy challenger that more and more enterprises face. Whereas, making business transformation for growing up continuously, which have being become more and more common understanding of enterprises. This paper studied and showed that enterprise is a complicated adaptable and open & alive system, in the face of environmental changing, especially great change, making business transformation may offer " fluctuations "for enterprise forming new dissipative structure and keep matching with changing environment, and then promote enterprise to grow up continuously. Therefore, the result of this paper may offer some references for China\´s enterprises making business transformation.
