  • Abstract
    Aiming at these problems of the free of large area specifically for residential districts at present and the residential districts not meeting the market, the paper analyze the earlier stage planning process of residential districts systematically at the position of the housing developers, apply harmonious theory in the planning and evaluation of residential districts, analyze the harmonious theory deeply, find the way that how to apply the harmonious theory from analyzing the characteristic of exploitation of residential districts, analyzed the various factor which impact the price of the residential districts, include the inside function structure of housing district, outside environmental effect, the culture connotation and element of marketplace, set up the theory of analyzing the harmony of the residential districts, to provide the new intentional direction and set up the perfect evaluate system.
