Abstract :
The study of economic incentive policy is of great significances for Beijing to implement building energy efficiency work by taking good advantage of various economic levers. With the development of Beijing´s economy, energy consumptions are increasing dramatically and energy shortage has become a critical factor that influences future development of the city. Implementing building energy efficiency can effectively reduce energy demand and bring great environmental and social benefits. This paper analyzes present situation of building energy efficiency work in Beijing, appraises present situation for drafting economic incentive policy, puts forward economic incentive policy configuration according to different types of buildings and does feasibility research for the policy in order to supply theoretical support for certain authorities to draft proper economic incentive policy for building energy in Beijing.
