  • Abstract
    According to the 3GPP protocol, this paper analyzes the message data and control information in the interaction of the RRC (Radio Resource Control) connection setup message transmission process, which was proposed by LTE system in recent years. Based on the TM RLC entity there is no need to process TMD PDUs data and analyze the optional parameter. This design defined interface primitives between layers and explained parameters, in order to simplify the amount of interface primitives in the current system and the corresponding design of message sequence chart. We proposed a communication optimization scheme, which can effectively simplify the system implementation complexity and improve resource utilization.
