    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    This essay is instructed by the junior high school´s teaching program, based on the Cognitive Load Theory (CLT), expect to make a helpful exploration on the class instruction of junior high school´s educational reform. The author takes the case of A Lonely Tour´s instructional design, in order to bore down on how to melt all-round way Quality Education into the school-based curriculum´s teaching process. Through the instructional design, the author want to find a way to make the three cognitive loads into a better sequence, develop a better circumstances education, use more kinds of instructional strategies. All these ways are expected to improve the student´s humanities through a series of teaching experiments. After the teaching experiments, the author makes some statistical treatment to the experiments´ results. At the same time, the author also makes some discussion about the instructional evaluation in a deep way.
