Abstract
Exponential stability of the Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with multiple time-varying delays is analyzed. Sufficient conditions for the existence and exponential stability of an equilibrium of the networks are obtained. These conditions are less restrictive than previously known criteria and can be easily verified.
