The Research on the Information Service System of Rural Labor Migration

This paper analyzes the relationship between the service demand of the rural labor and the related government department. It gives the organizational structure and concludes the three functions: employment service, the maintenance of the rights and interests and the skill training of the information service system, which studies the network model and the way of the information transitions. The construction of the system has the great significance to reduce the blindness of migration and the cost of migrant, promotes the non-migrants to make rational decision.
