  • Abstract
    A novel system for reverse engineering and detection, arc scanning system, is proposed in the article. Several key techniques are discussed in terms of the structure, model, control method and software of the system in the article. The system combines optical, mechanical and electrical techniques. Some advanced techniques, such as laser detection technique, robot technique and automation technique are adopted in the model constructing and control. The discussion of the structure and model is emphasized. The control approach and software of the system are introduced briefly. The test results demonstrate that the system has fewer blind spots, higher efficiency, more convenient processing, compared with traditional equipment.
