  • Abstract
    In order to initiatively imitate and improve network performance, by research and analysis of signaling message which is transmitted in the LTE-Uu interface protocol stack, A practical project on the design and application of the ASN.1 encoder/decoder in the LTE-Uu interface protocol stack is put forward based on the theory of the ASN.1 and its UPER coding rule. The design contains the data structure of the information needed in the complete coding and decoding, and extracts corresponding parameters from the data structure to complete the analysis by calling a separate codec library. The examination of the application of the ASN.1 encoding and decoding modules in protocol conformance testing demonstrates that the function of the ASN.1 encoder/decoder modules meets the 3GPP protocol actual testing requirements.
