This study aims to explore factors affecting the creative teaching efficacy of technical and vocational education teachers, and to make suggestions for creative teaching. The research method is survey research. Using “A Survey on Factors Influencing Technical and Vocational Education Teachers´ Creative Teaching Efficacy” as a research tool, this study surveys 314 technical and vocational education teachers. The results find that teachers´ perceived “organizational innovative climate” has significant and direct impact on “creative teaching efficacy.” In addition, “self-efficacy for creative teaching” has significant and direct impact on “creative teaching efficacy.” “Organizational innovative climate” has significant and indirect effects on “creative teaching efficacy.”
