  • Abstract
    In this paper, single-carrier asynchronous uplink multi-user MIMO-CDMA system with an unconventional spreading approach is proposed. With the spreading and despreading approach the multi-user interferences (MUI) caused by the asynchronous signals in the uplink can be completely eliminated. The interferences between different antennas can be further suppressed by a layered space-frequency equalization (LSFE) algorithm. In order to reduce the influence of error propagation brought by the SIC in the procedure of detection, we proposed an improved iterative LSFE.
