  • Abstract
    Procurement management is an important process in the large-scale project. This paper applies the basic idea of cooperative game theory to analyze the cooperation in the procurement of the large-scale projects. We develop a cooperative game model of the procurement and analyze the motivation and condition for cooperating between two contractors. In addition, we give the distribution rule of benefits for the procurement coalition according to the Nash bargaining rule. The plan is acceptable for the two contractors, so that stable, and plays an essential role in maintaining the survival of the coalition.
