Abstract :
In this paper, a novel non-uniform spiral antenna for WBAN (wireless body area network) communication is proposed and investigated. The resonating frequency is 280 MHz and the bandwidth can be achieved with 110 MHz. The diameter of the proposed antenna is 10 mm and the height is 1.035 mm. The measured maximum gain is -12.404 dBi at 310 MHz. Details of the proposed design are described and the measured results are presented.
