Abstract
A comprehensive converter design method was developed for fabricating high output power density (OPD) converters, taking full advantage of novel power devices and passive components. Our design method was improved, enabling us to extract design parameters to increase OPD effectively by using sensitivity analysis. Design considerations of a DC/DC converter for a telecom power supply were carried out, and the availability was evaluated.
