Abstract :
The work progress and recent results in development of new technologies for picosecond precision and accuracy time transfer are the main tasks of this paper. The ground to space laser time transfer combined with satellite laser ranging using ultrashort laser pulses and the two way time transfer via a single coaxial cable over modest distances are presented. The presented devices enable to carry out time transfer with sub-picosecond precision and few ps accuracy. The first results are presented along with the systematic errors estimates.
