Abstract
We will present nanostructured substrates designed for SERS detection of serotonin. These substrates are patterned with a combination of electron-beam lithography using hydrogen silsesquioxane resist and the wet deposition of gold colloids to insure repeatability and reliability while achieving the enhancement factor required for serotonin detection. The fabrication process and initial results will be presented.
