Abstract
In this study, electrical and computer engineering students are introduced to semiconductor device fundamentals and advanced electronic/optoelectronic device design at circuit and quantum levels. Specific topics range from semiconductor heterostructures and their properties, transport phenomena, optical processes in semiconductors, and junction theory.
