Abstract
In this paper we present a 1.2V 2mW low power OOK fully integrated receiver implemented using 0.13mum CMOS technology. Low power radio frequency transceiver circuits are critical blocks in wireless sensor network (WSN) applications. The receiver operates at 2.2 GHz in this test module, and applies OOK modulation. Low power radio frequency transceiver circuits are critical blocks in wireless sensor network (WSN) applications.
