Abstract
This note is concerned with the design of dynamical output feedback compensator that stabilizes the neutral delay systems. Firstly, the neutral type transformation of the original systems is introduced, and a correspondent Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed to establish the stability condition of the considered system. Secondly, the parameterization of compensator is exploited to establish a delay-dependent designing criterion in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI), through which a full-order compensator can be explicitly formulated. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach.
