Abstract :
This work presents numerical investigations for the performance of a torus nano-antenna using the method of moments. Plane waves of parallel and perpendicular polarizations, with respect to the plane of the torus, are used in excitation. Two noble metals, gold and silver, are considered in this work. The resonance, the enhanced near-field, and the far- field radiation of the torus nano-antenna are studied.
