Abstract :
A switching power amplifier which can be operated as a class D amplifier and a class E amplifier is proposed. The proposed circuit can be operated as a high efficiency soft switching power amplifier at a high operating frequency and it also can be operated as a class D amplifier at a low operating frequency.
