Abstract :
A real production schedule requires efficient and robust solution against environmental changes in a production site. In this paper a framework of a robust scheduling method for a job-shop scheduling problem including probability of environmental changes is proposed for production by using data carriers. The proposed method searches the set of an initial schedule and modified ones against environmental changes, which has the best expected evaluation value of productive efficiency (= Σ(the probability of the change) × (the evaluation value)) as a solution. In order to express jillion modified schedules simply, adjustment rules are introduced, and a robust schedule is described by an initial schedule and pairs of an environmental change map and an adjustment rule. The framework of creating the robust schedule is proposed.
