Abstract :
We present photonic crystal distributed feedback lasers fabricated from InGaAs/GaAs/AlGaAs layers, where spectral and spatial mode selection is provided by a lattice of air holes. The emission is diffraction limited and single mode with 50 dB sidemode suppression ratio
