Abstract :
The model of chemistry molecule structure is important on chemistry research and teaching, and L-system is a mellow theory. We present a model method of molecule structure. In our molecule model system, the molecule three-dimension structure was described by L-system, we create a table of L-system symbols and graphics function library, which is helped render molecule structure, and the direction of molecule was controlled by turtle interpretation. Our model method is a generic mode for model chemistry molecule structure, moreover, it is another application area of L-system.
