Abstract :
In order to combine agile development methods with the Unified Process (UP) in software development, this paper analyzes some excellent agile methods. Moreover, based on the actual project - the remote educational administration and teaching management systems, an agile UP model is designed, which absorbs advantages from both agile development methods and the Unified Process, tries to shorten the development cycle, improve the quality of the software, and reduce the risk of software projects.
