Abstract :
An improved Wien bridge oscillator circuits consisting of a novel MOSFET-capacitor gain amplifier is proposed. The performance of the improved oscillator was tested using a characteristics equation and open-loop measurement. The resulting circuit has extended the range of operation of the oscillator. The circuits do not suffer from the inherent problems encountered in SC-circuits, and need not be limited to simple antialiasing and smoothing filters. The proposed circuits can be fully integrated using a standard MOSFET technology because the elements of the circuits are MOS op-amps, depletion NMOSs, and capacitors. Schottky-diode analysis is considered as an example
