Abstract :
Evaluation ontology is a very important task not only to verify the correctness of ontology in use as knowledge base of many applications in the future, it also assesses that whether developed ontology can meet proposed applicable requirements. These points of view are two main prerequisites in the process of validating the first version of OVL. This paper is aimed at an evaluation method of OVL by describing two modules, one is integrated with inference services of Pellet1 reasoner and the other allows user easily assess capable of OVL applications by inputting competence questions.
