Abstract :
A data acquisition and display system based on CAMAC is realized in this paper. In order to control the crate controller, VC++ is used to control the virtual USB port to access the data and the use of SOCKET communication mechanisms is charged for data transmission between VC++ and ROOT which is powerful cross-platform, object-oriented, large-scale data analysis framework software. The ROOT application mainly responses for data analysis, processing and the development of graphical user interface. This system can meet the automatic measurement of general detect performance.
