Abstract :
In this paper, one street setting problem of urban traffic management is studied. First, the conception of one street rational setting is put forward, then this problem is transformed to strict directed cycle covering problem and strict directed path covering problem. At last integer minimum cost flow model of this problem is given, and it can be solved by minimum cost flow algorithm.
