Evaluation of Web Applications According to Intelligence Parameters

Nowadays evaluation of software is important term in software engineering world. Engineers use conventional metrics to evaluate a software production which was defined in software engineering. Also defining a metric is depending on application of software. Web application is wellknown as software. Evaluation of Web application is possible by conventional metrics. As we know competition in developing of Web application is for producing intelligent product. We want to define a new metric as intelligence of a Web application in addition to available solutions. We also want to evaluate Web applications according to this new metric. How much a Web application is intelligent? This is an important question and we want to answer the question. The most important points of this report are to define the intelligence of a Web application in the forms of intelligence levels and intelligence parameters.
