Abstract :
A linear CMOS transconductor using triode transistors based on the scheme of flipped voltage follower current sensor (FVFCS) is presented. The transconductor features a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of -72 dB for 1 Vpp differential inputs at 1 MHz. The transconductor dissipates 1.73 mW from a 3.3 V supply and occupies 0.09 mm2 in a 0.5 μm CMOS technology.
