Abstract :
Method of synchronic control on the system including systematic alien and lopsided interference was given by analyzing state error between the master and slave system. An augmented matrix is established including state errors, by which the stability condition and a solution satisfying the condition were obtained. Relation between the communication error period and synchronic control error is given by use state estimation. And then the error performance of synchronic control including systematic alien and lopsided interference and the allowable failure time in error band was given.
