Abstract :
The UCL (Uniform Content Locator) is one of the key technologies for semantic study in data broadcasting. The relation between UCL and the agent is discussed. Construction of the agent model based on the UCL principle is introduced, and the personalized information agent and construction method of the user profile are put forward.
