Abstract
A coplanar Schottky waveguide device developed for phase shifting, attenuation, and harmonic generation applications in the microwave region is described. The device has micron size features, and has the added advantage of low cost, small size, and simple structure. It has the unique feature of combining several circuit functions into one elemental device. The theory, fabrication and design, and experimental results are presented
