Abstract
A new method to fault diagnosis of bearing based on order tracking and teager energy operator (TEO) technique is presented. Firstly, the transient vibration signals during run-up condition of gearbox are re-sampled using order tracking technique. Therefore, the time domain transient signals are transformed into angle domain stationary signals. Then the teager energy operator is applied to angle domain signals and the order spectrum is obtained. As an example, the vibration signals of a gearbox during run-up condition are analyzed. The experimental results show that this method based on order tracking technique and teager energy operator can effectively diagnose the bearing fault.
