Abstract :
A current conveyor equivalent model that is suitable for use with computer-aided analysis and design over a wide field of current-mode circuits is presented. The model is used to predict the high-frequency behavior of a current-mode feedback voltage amplifier exhibiting very nearly constant bandwidth over a wide range of gains. The effects of certain model parameters on gain accuracy are investigated
